Activities to aid improvement of ATPL and Technical Knowledge
Preparing for ATPL and Technical Knowledge Assessments In preparation for an ATPL and/or Technical Knowledge assessment, choose to engage with more than 4,000 Questions on the subject area separated in to individual topics, below.

The questions contained in this database are produced from more than 15 years of feedback obtained from candidates that have undertaken assessments with many airlines around the world.

Additionally, use our ATPL for Aon® activity to interface with hundreds of questions (475+) produced from recent feedback obtained from successful candidates.
Preparing for the Aon® Aviation Knowledge Module When engaging in an Aon® test, ATPL-level questions are presented within an Aviation Knowledge module and are rooted in ATPL ground school theory.

They typically present a single concept and ask the candidate to identify the correct definition, principle, or statement from four options.

The wording is concise and textbook-aligned. Candidates are tested on whether they can recall and distinguish core EASA subject matter - not apply it to a specific operational situation.
Activities to aid preparation for your Personality Test
Preparing for your Personality Test/Assessment Your assessment is expected to include the Aon Work-Related Behaviour (Shapes) personality questionnaire, delivered within the Aon Aviation Suite.

In this personality test, you will be presented with groups of three statements and six points to distribute based on how well each statement reflects your personality. You may also encounter the ADEPT-15 slider pairs format.

Use our Personality Testing Simulator to build familiarity with these formats before your assessment day and progress through our Personality Testing E-Learning modules to understand what assessors are looking for and how your results are scored and interpreted.
