A unique Real-Time Support system is introduced, permitting clients to speak directly with the team from within our software. The Real-Time Support system may be accessed from nearly every part of the software, operating in a similar way to contemporary instant messaging and enables our team to provide fast, friendly and comprehensive support on-demand to clients between 9AM to 9PM UK time.
The Numbers activity, which emulates a test module found within the TestAir360 and DLR assessments is modified to provide greater realism.
- An additional mode, 'Normal', is introduced to better mimic the testing included in TestAir360 assessments.
- The existing functionality, which is suitable for preparation prior to DLR assessments, is now contained within a mode called 'Reverse'.
The Rotating Cubes activity, which emulates a test module found within the TestAir360 and DLR assessments is joined by a Rotating Cubes Simulator that displays a cube in 3D space and enables manipulation by the user.
This simulator may be used to manipulate the cube on computer, tablet and smartphone, and may also demonstrate the rotations applied to a cube from an audio statement presented within the Rotating Cubes activity, thus permitting enhanced user preparation for this particular test module.
A Rotating Cubes activity, which emulates a test module found within the TestAir360 and DLR assessments, is created and incorporates the following features:

- Inclusion of an accompanying Rotating Cubes Simulator to demonstration rotation of each cube in 3D space.
A Feedback System is introduced, permitting clients to provide feedback regarding their recently completed assessments. On submission of feedback, the client automatically receives a complimentary three-day subscription as a token of appreciation, both from ourselves and on behalf other pilot candidates.
The Capacity activity, which provides realistic simulation of the British Airways EAGLE Test is further modified to incorporate a Virtual Keyboard, enhancing user experience on iPad and tablet devices.
The PFD activity, which provides realistic simulation of a Primary Flight Display is modified to incorporate the following improvements:
- Turbulence Setting which may be enabled or disabled by axis to increase or decrease difficulty.
- Realism Setting to further enhance realistic flight dynamics of the simulated aircraft.
- Axis Selection to enable further fine-tuning of connected USB Controllers.
An Announcement System is introduced, enabling delivery of important messages, announcements and updates directly to clients within the software.
A Balance activity, which emulates a test module found within the TestAir360 assessment, is created and incorporates the following features:

- A Training Mode which allows for a reduction in difficulty during client familiarisation.
- Realistically simulated physics used in-activity.
The Capacity activity, which provides realistic simulation of the British Airways EAGLE Test is modified to incorporate the following improvements:
- Inclusion of TRK Miles (Track Miles) Calculations during activity duration.
- Realistic and Random Modes to enable further preparation.
- Expansion of activity timings, allowing for between 5 and 30 minutes of interaction.
- Introduction of Maths for Capacity standalone activity, enabling practice of TRK Miles and ROC/ROD questioning.
