Named after the effect discovered by John Ridley Stroop in 1935, the Stroop Test is used in some computerised aptitude tests to measure selective attention, cognitive flexibility and processing speed. This exam was developed to reflect the style of a traditional Stroop Test you may find in your pilot aptitude test battery.
